Walter came out and assisted me with this install I wanted done asap. It was last minute but he was able to accommodate! He arrived on time prepared to immediately work but most importantly he respected my home and didn’t make or leave a mess. Rate was reasonable and he worked fast. Very knowledgeable and friendly guy. Called Mr. Sparky 7:30am Thursday morning. Walter came out at 10am same day to review job and provide quote. Price was reasonable and Walter could come out next morning at 8am and begin work. I had a new 110V/20A outlet installed and a new 14-50 (240V/50A) outlet installed in my garage for my Tesla and welding equipment. Excellent work, communication and price. I had an electrical fire in my wall and call mister sparky, the owner Walter cosmetic writhing an hour of that call on a weekend and fixed all the defective plugs in my house, then came back 2 days later to replace a brand new electrical panel in my house. This company does a great job and they are very pleasant.
We had an issue with a breaker - not urgent from our perspective, but something we wanted to have addressed prior to leaving town in the next couple of days. Walter was not only able to come the very next morning, but was able to return with a specific replacement part in less than 24 hours. He educated us on the likely causes of our electrical issues and how to prevent this and similar issues in the future. We have had negative experiences with specialty services and contractors in the past, but our experience with Mr. Sparky and Walter was a welcome change from that pattern. He was prompt, knowledgeable, communicative, polite, and resolved our issue quickly and for a very fair price. We will absolutely call him again when we need electrical services in the future.
