This is the second time I have used Mr. Sparky. Both times my experience has been excellent. They take the time to explain their process and anything that needs an answer. I was never rushed for a decision. I had an urgent need and they completely met my expectations. A rotten tree fell and took out my power pole yanking the line out of my mast. While I have their estimate and an appointment. I have not seen or heard anything of the power company regarding their part. I have an 83 year old mother living with me. Thank God I have a generator.
My technician, Brett Adams, did a good job and was pleasant to work with. However, there was a problem with scheduling my appointment, as I was first told by your dispatcher to expect Brett between 10 and 2, then received an email telling me to expect him between 12 and 4. He arrived at 11, but I had already had to cancel all other appointments for Sep. 2. Mister Sparky's advertising emphasizes on-time arrivals, but this means nothing if customers must reserve a whole day for an appointment that may actually take less than an hour.
