I had an excellent experience with Mister Sparky and their entire team. From the start, Matthew was outstanding—he came out, listened carefully to what I needed, walked me through the work that was required, explained how it would be done, and provided a clear estimate. He then coordinated everything with the installers, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The installers, Doug and Owen, arrived around 2:00 PM and worked well into the night—past 9:00 PM—in the cold and dark without a single complaint. Their work ethic, professionalism, and dedication really stood out. They stayed focused and made sure the job was done right no matter how long it took. I also want to give a big shoutout to the manager, Stephen. He took the time to speak with me, and it was clear how highly he thinks of his team. It’s refreshing to hear a boss speak so genuinely and proudly about his employees—it shows that he truly cares about them, and that says a lot about the company. This is a fantastic group of people who do great work and have even better character. I highly recommend Mister Sparky to anyone who needs electrical work in the area or surrounding areas. We are extremely grateful for everything they did and will absolutely call Mister Sparky again if we ever need electrical services in the future.
Matthew came out in less than 24 hours of calling and went above and beyond on the house. He took his time explaining the issues that he saw. He completed his work faster than I anticipated which was also nice and organized (I really appreciated) and above all it made my house a lot safer for my family. Highly recommend to anyone needing anything done electrical in their home.
We have a cabin in Blue Ridge and needed to upgrade some fixtures. Matthew came out, gave us an estimate that was reasonable. We scheduled the work to be done the following weekend and showed up on time. Great service and great attitude! Will definitively use again.
Best experience in a tough situation! The breaker for our well wouldn't work. I called local electricians and no one could come out (already busy schedule). I reached out to Mister Sparky (of Dalton/Chattanooga) and they were AMAZING! From Paige who immediately responded to my online request for help to Steve who came out and figured out the problem immediately. He had the damaged breakers replaced super fast and also realized our GFCIs were bad. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and fair. A+ customer service and A++ technician service!
