On time, super polite and friendly and courteous. Spencer was a very knowledgeable gentleman who knew the ins and outs of his job. Installed a 240 volt plug for an electric car charger, gave me pricing options, took care of permitting and paperwork for the Duke rebate. Mr. Sparky should be your next electrician for any job you have!
Pilar was respectful, clean and knowledgeable. Did a great job installing an outlet in our crawlspace for a humidifier. She was also on time, with clear communication through the whole process. Would recommend.
Everyone at Mister Sparky is wonderful! As a nonprofit caring for a historic property, we don’t always have the budget for repairs. Just this morning, I called because our front porch light needed to be repaired before an event, Pilar quickly asked Spencer to come out annd he arrived within an hour of my call. He not only helped with the front porch but took the time to attend to another electrical issue we were having in the gardens. Mister Sparky is our go to after an emergency call during a 90 degree power outage in our home after hours. The tech who answered our call stayed in the phone w us to try to trouble shoot for a long while since there were no evening slots available for a tech. Then he communicated updates the next morning. Spencer, our tech, is amazing. Ok- now I’ll tell you why. He had great communication before he even arrived. He sent 2 messages with arrival updates. He has a GREAT personality, great customer service, knew quickly what was wrong and advised of future things to consider. I’m so happy we went with this company and we will work with them again to update our equipment
