First, I would like to sincerely thank Uday for how quickly he was able to arrange a technician to install an outlet for us on such short notice. The technician, Richard Thomas, was truly exceptional—polite, professional, and extremely patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I made the appointment online and the next day Dave & Dennis came to give the estimate very thorough professional and respectful. I was pleased with the estimate quick scheduling and confident I chose the right company for the job I look forward to next week with my house receiving a new main panel, sub panel and new ground system as this will provide peace of mind to me my family will be protected from a potential fire hazard from an outdated electrical system. I lastly want to add Dave is an excellent representative for Mr. Sparky .
Uday and his team did a great job on our project. First of all, I'm a pretty fearless DIY guy. I do a lot of my own work and I have friends in the trades, so I don't call professionals very often. I spoke with the owner Uday and his wife Jayshree. Their kindness and professionalism on the phone is rare today. The technician arrived on time. They did the work right the first time. The price I paid was exactly what they quoted. The tech inspired confidence. I thought it was going to be a much deeper and more expensive issue. The tech heard my concerns and told me right away that he didn't think it was as bad as I thought it was. 10/10 I will use them again.
