So let me start at the beginning. My 2-1/2 year old central air stopped working last week. I called a local electrician who went to the electrical box and said it was the motor on the air conditioner-without going up in the attic or even looking at the unit. Air conditioner company disagreed that it was the motor but still put in a new motor. The next day it stopped working. Called Mr. Sparky based on the reviews and I am so glad I did! Jim was an absolute pleasure and also extremely knowledgeable and nice. After troubleshooting, Jim diagnosed the problem. Jim fixed my problem and I am thrilled and cool.
