I had a wonderful experience with Mister Sparky from start to finish. When you call to make an appointment, a real person actually answers the phone and helps get you scheduled—not an automated system—which I found incredibly refreshing. Unfortunately, that had not been my experience with other electrical companies in Owensboro. Once my appointment was scheduled, I received a text letting me know that my technician, Jacob, was on his way. The message even included his photo and a brief background about his experience, which I thought was such a thoughtful and reassuring touch. Most importantly, Mister Sparky was reliable. My technician arrived within the timeframe I was given every single time, which, again, has not always been my experience with other companies in Owensboro. My job ended up taking a little longer than originally expected, and they took it upon themselves to get me rescheduled for another day at no additional cost. Jacob and the team did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was completed properly. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience and will be using Mister Sparky for all of my electrical needs moving forward. It is so refreshing to find a company that is professional, reliable, communicative, and truly values customer service. I highly recommend them!
Our utility provider cut our service because of an unsafe condition that had developed. We called Mr. Sparky and Jacob showed up before the appointment time. Within 2 hours we were ready for the utility provider to come out and reconnect us! Jacob was awesome and finished the job as another storm rolled in. Definitely calling them again for any electrical service needs in the future!
Very understandable staff, the scheduling was quick to get it done same day! We had Kyle come out to us and he arrived right when he needed to be. He took less time then expected and did an amazing job. If I knew anyone who had any electrical issues Mister Sparky is who I would recommend.
They were super professional and let me ramble about the issues we were having with understanding. They explained, in detail, what was going on and how to correct it. Gave me quotes for future options. Jacob was absolutely amazing, he was very personable and worked to ensure we knew the next steps.
What an amazing visit and so professional No hidden cost, everything was explained up front. Even the first call in was maybe the best experience I have ever had. The owner showed up done a complete inspection need to address, with estaminets of things for me to look at in the future. I called at 7:00am they were by 11.00. Please use them and post a comment.
