Sparks Fly Between Us and Our Customers
What do you do when an improperly mounted chandelier suddenly falls from a 14 foot ceiling on a Saturday night, and dangles precariously by a wire? Call Mister Sparky! Dakota showed up to the house within a couple of hours. He was able to remove the chandelier that night, install a new smoke detector that was up high, answer questions, and inspect the fuse box. He also went into the attic to inspect two adjacent chandeliers and noticed that another was insuffiently mounted. He showed us pics and explained in detail why it was a problem. We decided to take the opportunity to replace all three lighting fixtures. Dakota made arrangements for the following day. Edgar called me at the scheduled time on Sunday. He arrived ready to work. He spent all day working and did a stellar job. Everyone at Mr Sparky was courteous, professional, and timely. We are very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend them.
Both the initial job assessment person and the technician arrived at the schedule times. Both individuals were very professional and thorough. Mr. Sparky installed a whole house surge protector, two air conditioner surge protectors, three motion activated light sensors in closets. We also got six lightbulbs changed out in the living room, which has a very high ceiling.. Overall, I was pleased with the service.
Jon has been to our house 2x in last few weeks for a very odd issue and continues to use his experience to find a solution. Polite and always responds quickly when we call Mr Sparky. Jon and his apprentice came first time and I was impressed with the communication the experienced man and teaching the new guy. 👏 They have our business.
Worked with both Dakota and Jon in NWA to diagnose, inspect, and install after a lightning storm caused some surges in our home. Super friendly, super knowledgeable, extremely helpful in explaining recommendations and everything completed in a timely manner.
