I have dealt with many contractors over the years and by far this company is top 3 companies I have dealt with. They came out the same day I called for an estimate and that same day I got the estimate via email. Less than 2 weeks later the job was done. I had another company prior to them that I waiting over a year and no work was done and I had difficult time getting my money back. Mr. Sparky and Jay were very professional and did not waste my time with pointless things. The only thing I would say I think they should not do is ask for money to come out to give an estimate. They took that charge off and came out for a free estimate but in terms of loosing customers that is possible way of not being able to get business.
