Sparks Fly Between Us and Our Customers
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mister Sparky. They were recommended by a friend who said they do great work. And, he was more than right. Anthony O. walked us through the estimate, applied discounts, and did a free assessment of our electrical panel. He was courteous, efficient, and took great care to leave everything clean. I highly recommend Mister Sparky.
We have wanted lights around the top of our house for a while. When we finally decided to move forward with the project, we called a local electrical company and waited weeks for a quote that was never provided. So we tried a couple others, including Mister Sparky. Within a couple of days we had an onsite evaluation of our needs, and a quote in hand. We ordered the lights ourselves and scheduled the work with Mister Sparky. Two electricians worked on installing the lights and a couple of electrical outlets. They were very professional, very nice, and we are very happy with the work. Will definitely use them for future electrical needs!
I can’t recommend this company enough. They were affordable, got me scheduled quickly, and were incredibly thorough. What impressed me most was their honesty—they never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s hard to find a company that’s this trustworthy and reliable. They’ve officially earned a permanent spot in my phone contacts, which is a pretty exclusive club. I’ll definitely continue using them for any future electrical work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician they can trust.
Had an outlet catch fire in our living room. Scary to say the least. I called Levi with Mr Sparky and he responded quickly, getting Anthony the technician to our house within 30 to 45 min. Solving the issue and educating me along the way. I can't recommend them enough. Top notch customer service and quick response/fix time. And great technicians. Everything you look for
What a great business! Very easy to schedule an appointment using their website. They communicated with me and kept me updated before the appointment. The technician came on time and explained everything in advance. The job was completed in best possible way. Very professional. Highly recommend them.
