Carlos is an excellent, through and professional Technician! He called before arrival, arrived on time and did a great job for our annual maintenance visit. Mister Sparky, and it's customers, are fortunate to have the high quality of service that Carlos provides.

Robert is the man. Everything went great. Added a new 20 amp branch circuit to our garage. Replaced EMT conduit on the outside of the house to the garage to heavy wall. Also, pulled wiring for future heat pump to condition the garage

Logan was absolutely wonderful and not pushy at all. He did wonderful installing the new lights, and fixing our GFCI issues while staying in budget. It’s good to know we won’t be having any electrical fires anytime soon from our diys 🤣

We had a wonderful experience with Mister Sparky! Tim ran new electrical wiring & a switch for two sconces in our media room where there weren’t any existing hookups, and we’re so happy with the results. They were very kind and friendly, checking with me multiple times throughout the project to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. I really appreciated the care they took to minimize damage to the room, and they cleaned up after themselves when they finished. They did a great job, and we would happily recommend them!

Zach and Cameron were amazing! They were so polite and respectful of our property. They explained what they were doing and asked if I had questions which I appreciated and got power back on for me to continue working. I would definitely recommend both Zach and Cameron for any job you need done.

We are so glad Chris was our service guy today. We knew that we needed a new fire alarm but did not know there were better alarms on the market. And Mr Soarky has a really good fire alarm. We bought six and had them installed. In addition, we purchased surge protectors for our three fuse boxes and both HVAC, outdoor units. It was a big bill compared to what we were anticipating but our electrical system is now fully protected. Thank you, Chris!

Mohamed came out to do an estimate for me. He was the most thorough, informative contractor I have had in my house for a long time. He told me what I didn't need, instead of sneaking more items on the estimate, presented 2 different solutions I hadn't considered (both of which we are going with), and did impressive investigation into my concerns to ensure that he had a detailed product to hand off to his team. I am confident the finished product I get will ensure the safety of my house and the effectiveness of my electrical system.

I was put at ease by Matthew in what could have been a dangerous situation. His knowledge and expertise impressed me. He explained in elementary terms how my situation came about and how to rectify it. He did not try to up sell me, but he made sure my home was safe before he left.

Scottie was highly knowledgeable and focused on the issues that needed addressing. He kept us informed during our visit describing what was needed and why. He inspired confidence in his ability and that the job was being done right.

Had a main breaker box needing relocated and brought up tp code. Austin, from Sparky, said he would stay on the job until power was restored. He completed the job the same day and got power back up. Very professional and hard working.

We used them to install a 60-foot power line for our new electric pool heater, including a trench for the line, and a new load shed module. All work was timely and professional. Everything passed inspections with no issues. Our thanks to Jackie in the office, Ryan the electrician, and Dan, the owner, for their fine work. They also are well respected by the town inspectors. Not everyone is.
