So far Jason is always polite and gives explanations of repairs. He seems to work quickly and keeps us updated on the progress. I am very happy with Jason. Jacob was also very polite and friendly. Hoping the remainder of the projects go just as well.
After making the mistake of trying to be my own electrician, I quickly realized that some jobs are best left to the professionals. After reading the outstanding reviews for Mister Sparky, I decided to give them a call, and they exceeded every expectation. From the very first phone call, the experience was exceptional. The receptionist was friendly, courteous, and professional. She kept me informed about the technicians’ arrival time and patiently answered all of my questions. When Jacob and Elijah arrived, they were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. They worked efficiently, completed the job quickly, and charged a fair price. Beyond their excellent workmanship, they were personable, easy to talk to, and even managed to make the experience enjoyable with their great sense of humor. I’ve learned my lesson—I’ll stick to what I know best, which is being a chef, and leave the electrical work to the experts. If I ever need an electrician again, Mister Sparky will be my first and only call. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and professional electricians. The entire experience was great. I was not sure if they would come to Portage County but they were willing to do the job. I was kept informed about who and when they would be here. Jacob arrive right on time. Jacob was efficient and respectful of our home by putting "booties" on before he entered and cleaned up after himself. He explained and showed us how our new smoke alarms work, how to change the batteries and how to watch the green lights to know when to change the batteries. He worked quickly and efficiently to replaced 5 smoke alarms. The price was reasonable considering the distance they had to come. I would use Mister Sparky again and would be very happy if they sent Jacob again.
Jason is an amazing electrician! He is very knowledgeable, skilled, upfront, detailed, hard working electrician. He did a fantastic job with installing new WiFi system in the house, new electrical outlets, etc. I will always ask for him whenever there needs more electrical work to be done in the house. I highly recommend Jason and trust him to do a great job! Thank you Jason. A++!!
Jason took a lot of time to explain the work needed and why. He was kind and informative. I will be super comfortable when they comeback to do the work. Jason and Jacob returned to do the work, spending 2 days to make sure my electrical system was up to code upgraded in service, install My EV charger, move my panel and more. They were conscientious, neat and explained what they did as they worked. I highly recommend Mr. sparky!!
