Jim came over to do an estimate on installation of four ceiling fans. Because I am renting, I had to get approval and then order the fans. Jim was very patient as I kept him up-to-date on my order. I got in touch with Jim and it just happened to be a rainy day. They were able to send Ray over that morning to install my fans. Ray was fantastic! He helped me move a bed and after he installed the fan, he put the bed back in position AND put the bedside table back in place. I love my fans and it’ll only be nicer when the summer heat gets here. I would highly recommend Mister Sparky.

Arrived on time, listened/communicated well, addressed all the electrical issues we asked him to and explained what was going on, cleaned up after his work, was kind to our pup and even brought the garbage cans back up to the garage for me! Who knew there were still people like this in the world?! Oh, and the work was reasonably priced! Highly recommend!!!!

He investigated and was really concerned about my safety!!…I have been without for yrs due to low income after the loss of my spouse.This was scary for me but I am sooooo glad I did. I really don’t want anyone other than him and as we discussed I hope to have him back in the fall!!.. Thus company really out does all the others. We have a large pine tree on the side of our home that randomly broke a large chunk off from either strong winds or lightning strike while we were not home and it took the electric meter and all the wires with it. We’ve never had this happened so called WE Energies assuming they’d be the ones to fix it. Many people we were without power that same day d/t severe winds but they got their promptly but unfortunately let me know we’d have to call an electrician as they can remove the trees on the ground and make it not a fire hazard, but since it’s our property we’d have to call. This brought us great stress because we had no idea how much this kind of thing would cost. Mister Sparky was the first recommended place when I searched it. I’d much rather support a local company vs a large corporation so I called and spoke to Casey. Casey was incredible through the whole process and walked me through everything and got us scheduled first thing Tuesday morning. I didn’t catch their names but the 2 men that arrived were great to work with. They answered all my questions. We were shocked by the price but this had NOTHING to do with them and everything to do with the fact that this is our first home and we had no idea. When we told our friends and family the cost, they said that sounded right. They were very kind and prompt and emailed a receipt once the job was completed. We highly recommend them and want to give a special shoutout to their receptionist Casey for answering all my questions and helping me with this 💕
