Spencer was great and efficient, very personable and very concerned with making sure work is top quality. After meeting Robert the service got even better, they replaced a panel at a good price and I can vouch their work is 100% guaranteed, no joke. Not many company’s will take the time to listen to the concerns or questions from customers. After our appliance went out 4 days after initial work was done, they shared they will come install our microwave at no charge. Bobby & Johnathon came out today for an estimate. They were so courteous and professional. Bobby walked me through exactly what and how the job would be done. I will update after the job is completed. **UPDATE** Bobby & Jonathan completed the job on Friday, May 10th. They installed new light switches and outdoor outlets on the front of our home, under the carport and on our shed for the pergola. They also put a new fan in the sunroom. Bobby sent pictures upon completion of the job since we wouldn't be in until the next day. We are very happy with the service and the warranty and will definitely recommend Mr. Sparky to others. Excellent service. Our Tech was great and knowing it was going to cost a lot to fix our problem the price was reasonable. They were also available in a reasonable time frame. This was a solar issue and NO ONE would call us back or come out for the job except Mister Sparky. We are now goin to use them for all electric and plumbing needs. Highly recommend them.
