"Exceptional Service – Above and Beyond! We recently had the unfortunate experience of a lightning strike that caused some damage to our home’s electrical system. From the moment we called Mr. Sparky of Conroe, they treated our situation with utmost urgency and care. The entire team went above and beyond, not only addressing our electrical issues but also working closely with our insurance company to ensure that everything was handled smoothly. We had some challenges with our insurance company being difficult to work with, but Meghan and the administrative team at Mr. Sparky were truly incredible. They went above and beyond to handle the situation, constantly staying in communication with the insurance company, and never once did they put pressure on us as customers. It was such a relief to know that they had our backs with the payment process while still getting the care and service we needed. "David Peace arrived and was able to see the work I needed and hear all my requirements to decipher what was imperative today to get started. Most important issue today was breakers that were constantly popping in the bathrooms and the garage, and he figured that out and was able to resolve the issues. Everything is up and running again. My trivial items that are for install, like new lights and mirrors that are LED lit along with various updates to outlets will be on future jobs. He is putting together a quote and going to proceed accordingly on those items soonest. I appreciate the fast turnaround and resolving the issue with the breakers popping all the time.
