"Mr. Sparky's technician, James, was wonderful. On a Monday afternoon we called for a quote to move the electronics for our laundry from the lower level of our house to upstairs, intending to move the laundry to a more convenient location. James arrived the next morning as scheduled, very attentively listened to our needs and preferences, and in about a half hour figured out the details of what needed to be done. It took him about 10 minutes to develop the quote price and another 10 minutes to get his price approved by his office. The quote met our expectations, and was much less than quotes I had received previously from two other vendors. I approved the price and James went to work. By midafternoon he was done. In addition to being prompt and competent James was very professional, attentive and intelligent. This was my first encounter Mister Sparky. They will be our first call electricians moving forward."

"I had the most wonderful experience using Mr. Sparky electric today. I had to call at very early in the morning for an electrical emergency that was putting me in all five of my children, including my two week old newborn at risk of a potential electric fire. I was incredibly nervous and Just wanted to make sure that things got taken care of quickly. Not only was the technician very kind and helpful with explaining what was going on, but he rearranged all of his appointments to make sure that he could take care of my problem today so that I could be comfortable and have peace of mind that my problem was fixed. "The first technician, John was great helping me find the problem and providing me with as much information as possible for the job while setting me up with a temporary electrical line, giving me power until the permanent line could be installed a couple days later. Carlos, the second technician that came out to install everything was absolutely outstanding; friendly and knowledgeable in his trade and did an amazing job hooking everything up. Very informative and personable. He fixed some 90% of my issues while he was here, gave me his recommendations for the next visit with pricing. He understood I was on a budget with no judgment what so ever and helped me figure what would be the best course of action. I love that, so I know how much I will need, it makes it SO much easier!!
