I called Friday morning and Amber was so nice and friendly. You could hear the friendliness in her voice. She called a couple guys to see if anyone could come to my house that day and then called me back and told me what time he would come. Peyton was the guy who came. He was here within an hour and half. He is very friendly and helpful and got my problem fixed quickly. The price was good and I am very pleased with the customer service I received from both of them, and the company as a whole. I highly recommend Mr Sparky for any electrical needs you have.
My appointment was scheduled from 8-12 and Demarae came at about 830 which was great! I loved that I could check to see how far out he was and when he would arrive. He was friendly and got started checking my house right away. When the inspection was complete, he explained everything to me and took the time to see if I had any questions! He gave me options on what to do next. I am very happy with my experience. This was my first time using them!
This was our first experience with Mr. Sparky. This was a first-rate experience...from beginning to end. The communications were outstanding and the appointment was easily scheduled. Our technician, Ethan, was awesome. He is a great communicator and represents the company very well. In fact, I was so impressed with the service that I asked him to complete additional work. When complete, the work area was clean and the new outlet looks like it was installed when built. Highly recommend this company.
