Mohamad responded hours before the appointment, after checking if it was alright. He walked us through all our options very thoroughly making sure we understood everything. After answering all our questions he started installing our service drop. He worked for 10 hours straight leading into the night and finished around 11pm. Did amazing work and got our generator hooked up and going. He truly went above and beyond and i would reccomend him to anyone. Very impressed with this man and company.

The two fine gentlemen who did the service for outside line replacement, creating a new box and providing a system wide surge protector were courteous, professional and handled unexpected problems with grace. Working from 8 AM until 11 PM was a challenge which they met with determination to find solutions. They were kind to me and patient with my questions. Coordination with AEP, inspectors and their home office were done seamlessly.
