Joshua Wellman was our technician. Very professional, listened to our electrical problem history in order to troubleshoot the problems we had. He addressed some issues that I thought we could do ourselves, and gave advice based on his experience. I’m thankful that he did. We invested in him doing that work. He Then explained preventative measures he could do to keep our appliances and heat pumps safer. We have significant power surges here, so I really appreciate the advice, and invested in them. Josh is a good man, and having Mr. Sparky backing everything with warranties, is the benefit of having the accountability of a national franchise. I feel safer in my home now, thanks to him.
Technician Damarae came out this morning to assist with the installation of a Ring Doorbell for me. He was very friendly, professional, and quick to get the job done - not without first ensuring I understood everything I needed to know about the product I received.
