I was so pleased with Joshua, He was very respectful, He even put booties on over his shoes. I was pleased that he did so. He explained everything to me in great detail. Unfortunately my home needs a lot of electrical work done and I appreciate the fact that Mister Sparky and the crew is going to do all my repairs. Fantastic service. I had an electrical issue that needed resolved quickly. I called on Monday and the issue was resolved on Wednesday (New Years Eve)!!! The electrician (Muhammad) kept me updated throughout the day as to when he would arrive and he showed up right on time. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. Answered every question thoroughly and fixed the issue. Great service from the first call to their office to the time he left!! 10 stars! Greatly appreciated!
I was getting a fault on my Generac generator. After multiple calls to different companies with no one showing up to do the work, I contacted Mr Sparky. I made an appointment and DJ showed up on time. He was very polite and explained everything before he did anything. He got me up and running and did service my generator. DJ was GREAT!! If I need any electrical work, I will call Mr Sparky. Again, many thanks to Mr Sparky and to DJ.
We recently had a safety inspection of our home by Ethan with Mr. Sparky and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Ethan was thorough in his work and explained things clearly. Once the project was complete, everything was cleaned up nicely. Muhammad of Mr. Sparky is top notch and very well educated and trained not only in his field of electrical work but also in customer service. He was able to pin point the problem I was having with my outlets and also found some additional issues that were related and he took the time to not only educate me on them but also encouraging me that they weren't emergencies but they could be fixed now but replaced and or updated later down the road for longevity. I was very appreciative for his time and great work I now have the information I was needing in order to move forward with some electrical work and I'm proud to say Mr. Sparky will definitely be doing the work for me and my family.
