Mohamed did a fantastic job Jan 25, Sunday, in explaining what was needed to be done to get my Generac generator installed. He answered all of my questions and explained what was included in all of the costs. He also inspected the electrical panel in my house to be sure that everything was safe for the installation. I was amazed that he went out in the cold weather to get the installation setup. Mohamed was pleasant and professional in his demeanor . Update Jan. 26, Monday DJ and Jacob did an excellent job installing my Generac generator. The extreme cold didn’t bother them. They carefully installed the gas line and the surge protector before laying the concrete slab and connecting the generator. Then they cleaned up where they had to trim my hedges to make room for the generator. Jacob installed carbon monoxide detectors while DJ simulated a power outage so I could see how the generator works. Both DJ and Jacob were courteous and knowledgeable. It’s a relief to do business with professionals. Update June 30, Monday Today I called Mr. Sparky to replace one of my carbon monoxide detectors because there was a false alarm one night. Lee and Seth were the technicians who came promptly this afternoon. They quickly replaced not one, but all of the detectors with upgraded equipment without charging me anything. It is extremely hot today, but neither technician was bothered by the heat. Their attitude was great. I scheduled another appointment with Mr. Sparky to put in some ground default outlets. The appointment is set for next Thursday morning. I feel confident letting Mr. Sparky’s technicians work in my home because they are professional and they explain what needs to be done before they work on anything. I highly recommend Lee and Seth or any of the employees from Mr. Sparky. Update July 7, Tuesday Jacob and Seth came out to replace some old outlets with ground fault outlets. They did an excellent job and even cleaned up after the job. I feel confident having the technicians from Mister Sparky do electrical work at my house because they are professional.

Jayden did a great job, he was fast and effective at identifying issues and prompting solutions. He wasn’t pushy and he truly cared about leaving with me satisfied. This is one of the best companies I have found in our area. Great people, great employees and exceptional service. New to WV & purchased house needed generator electrical hookups & multiple ceiling fan replacements…..We were extremely reluctant to call on Mr Sparky…. Being seniors… we can be very Skeptical as we hadn’t heard too many positive things about Mr. Sparky, including exorbitant fees Well, old dogs can learn new tricks! Jaydon.. The electrical man they sent…. Tirelessly went through all our options… Put up with our little yappy dog 👍😀 First of all, he’s extremely polite, generous with his time and thorough, explanations, even when he had to repeat them several times… He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient.. We never knew how far they went to guarantee their work, and contact the right people for permits, etc…. Can’t speak highly enough about how they really put their reputation on the line, especially with their guarantees…. That being said the estimate we got seems extremely fair and reasonable… They can even extend a payment plan that is extremely fair and reasonable also….including a no interest 12 month plan… If you’ve ever had hesitation calling on Sparky, just do it and in particular ask for Jadon Seriously, you’ll be very glad you did Maxi

Mohamed came out to do an estimate for me. He was the most thorough, informative contractor I have had in my house for a long time. He told me what I didn't need, instead of sneaking more items on the estimate, presented 2 different solutions I hadn't considered (both of which we are going with), and did impressive investigation into my concerns to ensure that he had a detailed product to hand off to his team. I am confident the finished product I get will ensure the safety of my house and the effectiveness of my electrical system.

Jacob and Seth removed and installed new exterior and interior breaker boxes. They also upgraded my oven wire to a 4-wire receptacle. Hey these guys are hard workers! They worked continuously without stopping, no breaks or lunch, until the job was thoroughly completed. Their knowledge and skills are exceptional! They took the time to explain or discuss during and after the job. Thank you for a job well done!!
