We contacted Mr. Sparky when we needed a fuse replaced in our fuse box, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Josh was our electrician, and he arrived right on time. He was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to clearly explain the repairs that were needed. We were so impressed with his work and professionalism that we went ahead and scheduled another appointment to have a generator plug installed. Big thanks to Josh and the entire Mr. Sparky team for great service—we highly recommend them!

I was so pleased with Joshua, He was very respectful, He even put booties on over his shoes. I was pleased that he did so. He explained everything to me in great detail. Unfortunately my home needs a lot of electrical work done and I appreciate the fact that Mister Sparky and the crew is going to do all my repairs. Mohammed did a wonderful job with my home. He came to help with some general repairs and then came back to do the annual service. He is a wonderful person who takes his work seriously. Mr. Sparky's service has always been outstanding when I need electrical work completed. I highly recommend them.

We were extremely impressed with the knowledge & professionalism of the technicians that did our upgrades! Demarae, Jared, & Jacob all worked diligently until the job was done. They answered our questions & were very honest about our options regarding pricing. Also want to give recognition to the office personal (on call 24/7) who also kept in contact with me every step of the way. I was notified via text with a picture & an estimated time frame of when to expect the tech to arrive. They also answer on the 1st ring! We will definitely use Mister Sparky again & highly recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done. Mohamed did a fantastic job Jan 25, Sunday, in explaining what was needed to be done to get my Generac generator installed. He answered all of my questions and explained what was included in all of the costs. He also inspected the electrical panel in my house to be sure that everything was safe for the installation. I was amazed that he went out in the cold weather to get the installation setup. Mohamed was pleasant and professional in his demeanor . Update Jan. 26, Monday DJ and Jacob did an excellent job installing my Generac generator. The extreme cold didn’t bother them. They carefully installed the gas line and the surge protector before laying the concrete slab and connecting the generator. Then they cleaned up where they had to trim my hedges to make room for the generator. Jacob installed carbon monoxide detectors while DJ simulated a power outage so I could see how the generator works. Both DJ and Jacob were courteous and knowledgeable. It’s a relief to do business with professionals.
