Mohamed did a fantastic job Jan 25, Sunday, in explaining what was needed to be done to get my Generac generator installed. He answered all of my questions and explained what was included in all of the costs. He also inspected the electrical panel in my house to be sure that everything was safe for the installation. I was amazed that he went out in the cold weather to get the installation setup. Mohamed was pleasant and professional in his demeanor . Update Jan. 26, Monday DJ and Jacob did an excellent job installing my Generac generator. The extreme cold didn’t bother them. They carefully installed the gas line and the surge protector before laying the concrete slab and connecting the generator. Then they cleaned up where they had to trim my hedges to make room for the generator. Jacob installed carbon monoxide detectors while DJ simulated a power outage so I could see how the generator works. Both DJ and Jacob were courteous and knowledgeable. It’s a relief to do business with professionals. Update June 30, Monday Today I called Mr. Sparky to replace one of my carbon monoxide detectors because there was a false alarm one night. Lee and Seth were the technicians who came promptly this afternoon. They quickly replaced not one, but all of the detectors with upgraded equipment without charging me anything. It is extremely hot today, but neither technician was bothered by the heat. Their attitude was great. I scheduled another appointment with Mr. Sparky to put in some ground default outlets. The appointment is set for next Thursday morning. I feel confident letting Mr. Sparky’s technicians work in my home because they are professional and they explain what needs to be done before they work on anything. I highly recommend Lee and Seth or any of the employees from Mr. Sparky. Update July 7, Tuesday Jacob and Seth came out to replace some old outlets with ground fault outlets. They did an excellent job and even cleaned up after the job. I feel confident having the technicians from Mister Sparky do electrical work at my house because they are professional.

I interacted with DJ, Mohamed and Jacob. All were professional and friendly! They were able to accomplish both the initial estimate as well as the installation & repairs in a very timely manner, getting us on the schedule quickly and coming prepared by completing everything in a single day once the work was approved. I'm sure some other folks here know what it's been like to try to find good help when it comes to contractors, etc. Getting people to show up period, much less on time and with a good attitude and doing what they said they would do, can be an exercise in frustration. Mr. Sparky showed up on time and completed all of the work that was agreed upon, making sure we were happy with everything before they left and before we paid anything. I would definitely recommend and will use them again if/when needed.

Jaydon Craft, an electrician, visited my residence to provide a quotation for the installation of two outdoor lights. He conducted himself with the utmost professionalism, introducing himself and outlining his qualifications for the task. Jaydon assured me that he would perform a safety inspection report. He completed the inspection, and my house passed with flying colors. Jaydon was informed of my desired outdoor lighting installation. He elucidated the process and the necessary steps to complete the task. In summary, Jaydon Craft demonstrated his expertise in the field and provided a comprehensive explanation of the installation process that would meet my expectations. UPDATE: Well, It took a couple days and a well negotiated terms of agreement with our teenager regarding internet outages, but the job was completed well within the time limit they quoted and exceeded expectations! Jared and Seth worked efficiently. I never really knew how jacked up my Electrical system was until I now see how it was supposed to be. Polite, clean, did everything we expected them to do. You can tell when a team has prepped for a job and is ready to go. Organized. I dont know what mor I can say. Very impressed with their work ethic. Thank to Jared and Seth. Before he even arrived we received a photo and biography so we knew who was coming to our home.
