Jameson took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what needed to be done. Because of his quick and accurate diagnosis, the repair went smoothly. Chris Bevans showed up on time for both the estimate and the job. He was professional and personable. He completed all the jobs in a timely manner. I was very pleased with my new pendant lights, my six inch ceiling lights in kitchen, and my new four plug receptacles which eliminated the need for extension cords. Chris left my home in good order. I would be glad to hire him again for another job in the future, if needed. Thanks Chris!
Kevin was on time and very professional. We had no surge protection on our HVAC units or Main Breaker Panel outside. We also were having issues with exterior motion lighting. Lastly needed to install an 30 Amp RV outlet for our camper. Kevin took his time and recommend the best way to approach all aspects of these jobs. He also found some existing work done by another EC that was dangerous and shady. I work with a lot of contractors locally in many aspects for work and I totally recommend Mr Sparky and certainly Kevin. Thank you Al M
Mr. Sparky came today to complete a safety inspection on our residential electric panel. I chose Mr. Sparky since they have an amazing First Responders program which is such an impressive, generous community service. Gavin T did my inspection and his explanation of the findings was very detailed and informative. He seemed very young but his knowledge inspired confidence. His customer service was top notch and he seemed to put the customer's best interest at heart. I learned about their 5 year warranty, their top of the line products and their workers have clearances. I do not hesitate to give Gavin the highest recommendation. When I call Mr. Sparky for any repairs I will request Gavin for my work.
