I am 100% happy with mr. Sparky and especially our technician Christopher. I needed 4 ceiling fans installed and Christopher did an outstanding job. They were on time and were very polite. Once started they worked very quickly and were extremely neat! The prices were also great and very fair ! Christopher also went over and above standatd service. I needed an extension pole and a sloped ceiling adapter kit. He was nice enough to tell me exactly what he needed to install the fan onto the cathedral ceiling. So off to Lowes I went and when I returned they were basically done installing the first 3 fans. They worked super quick and did a great job. I would highly recommend using mr sparky for any of your electrical needs. They do great work and the prices are very fair!
Sean arrived on time. Very professional & attentive to what I needed done. Explained things thoroughly that I could understand. He replaced a faulty light switch & added an outlet. He cleaned up everything before leaving. I Was very happy with his work. This was my 1st experience with Mr Sparky but will definitely recommend him to others! Nick was back again today. He installed a ceiling fan and light in our living room and a surge protector on our main Electrical panel. I have worked with many electricians in my career and Nick is one of the best. He is friendly, his work site is clean and he is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. Nick from Mr. Sparky is a found treasure! I spoke to four other electricians about adding an additional plug above my kitchen cabinets, they all stated it could not be done. He not only installed one but a second outlet. I spoke to Nick and he came up with an awesome solution and started to work on my request, no problem! Nick is not only a solution guy but he takes pride in his work, does the job right and cleans up as he goes…a very professional tradesman. Nick is now my “go to guy” at Mr. Sparky…so glad I met him, I will sing his praises to all I meet.
We are very happy with our experience with Mister Sparky and would recommend them. Mister Sparky came out on a few occasions to do some repair and installation work for us. It was very easy to contact them and schedule appointments with even same day options. The prices were always in expected ranges. They have always been very polite and considerate on the phone and in person. The technician provided suggestions that were better than what we were considering on an exterior light install. The last time they were out we had an issue and they came back immediately and fixed it. It is good to know they stand by their work and I will be happy with the result.
