We were very pleased with Daniel's professionalism and knowledge of the job that needed to be done and the patience he had to conduct a thorough investigation and meg test. He was here all day and his fellow co-worker, Jonathan, who also was professional and knowledgeable, joined him later that day to help prepare for and complete the meg test. The extent of the work that has to be done is unbelievable. They will have to replace all electrical outlets and switches and pull drywall to replace a lot of the wiring in our house. Unfortunately, they won't be able to come back to begin the job until next Monday and then it will take up to 3 days to complete it, which means we will have been completely without power for a total of 9 to 10 days. This is day 30 since the power surge in our house. Daniel came to wrap everything up and we were very pleased with his visit, as we have been from the beginning. He was very patient with me, when my emotions ran high and continued to take time to describe the work he was doing and did it thoroughly. We would be willing to have him do more work for us, if and when we need it, and feel the same way about all the people who were on his team, from the very beginning.
