Bobby was very cordial and through. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable, he explained everything clearly and in terms we could understand. I am extremely impressed with him. I believe he will be doing the installation or at least I hope he does it. He is a breath of fresh air and dealing with people from several different companies is moving in hear 5 years ago, we found that you don’t always find these qualities in everyone you deal with. Jason Reynolds was friendly, prompt, professional, courteous and above all, knowledgeable! He carefully explained my options as I had quite a laundry list that had been building for 3+ years. I was truly impressed with Jason and would give him a 10!!! UPDATE: On July 2, 2025, Jason Reynolds and Jamison Ruppe were able to get started an hour earlier than scheduled. As I said above, my to-do list grew from original estimate to a few items more. Was glad to see he had an extra hand on board to help. My condo was built in 1987...this presenting a few challenges along the way. Even as I added something new or had a change of heart, Jason exceeded my expectations. After all was done, I am thrilled with the projects that needed attention. Jason never once said anything negative. Whenever I might have challenged him, he remained the same professional as he was with the initial visit. I would recommend Jason to any and every person that needs electrical work services. Jamison was a huge help in assisting Jason and doing things on his own. Again, this was an entire afternoon of no drama and no negativity!!! Outstanding service!!! He was punctual, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a clear and honest way. I appreciated how respectful and knowledgeable he was, answering all my questions without rushing. It’s rare to meet someone who combines technical expertise with such great customer service.
