Bobby was very cordial and through. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable, he explained everything clearly and in terms we could understand. I am extremely impressed with him. I believe he will be doing the installation or at least I hope he does it. He is a breath of fresh air and dealing with people from several different companies is moving in hear 5 years ago, we found that you don’t always find these qualities in everyone you deal with. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a clear and honest way. We had our power to the entire house stop at 2am. After Santee Cooper told us power should be on, checking the indoor & outdoor breakers... OH no. Nothing. I looked up Mr Sparky & when I called, Lane said he could be at our house in an hour. He was prompt. Provided an accurate quote for everything that was needed & even squeezed us in within the next business day. He arrived when he said he would & finished the whole job within several hours. He made what could have been a disaster, bearable. He and Robert were polite, all smiles while they worked in the hot July afternoon heat. Explained everything & kept to the quoted price.
