Jason Reynolds was friendly, prompt, professional, courteous and above all, knowledgeable! He carefully explained my options as I had quite a laundry list that had been building for 3+ years. I was truly impressed with Jason and would give him a 10!!! UPDATE: On July 2, 2025, Jason Reynolds and Jamison Ruppe were able to get started an hour earlier than scheduled. As I said above, my to-do list grew from original estimate to a few items more. Was glad to see he had an extra hand on board to help. My condo was built in 1987...this presenting a few challenges along the way. Even as I added something new or had a change of heart, Jason exceeded my expectations. After all was done, I am thrilled with the projects that needed attention. Jason never once said anything negative.
