I had many issues that needed to be addressed, and I feel confident that pending the follow up scheduling, everything will be completed successfully! We appreciated the communication from the company as a whole: they initially only had an appointment in a week and a half, but we received calls twice as the schedule opened which allowed us to be seen within 3 days. They were also very communicative on the day our technician was scheduled, and gave us regular updates about his arrival time. Our technician (Lawrence) was great. His years of experience were obvious and he has an easy-going personality. Yes, the diagnostic fee and services can be on the higher side, but you get what you pay for....especially when dealing with electricity.
