We had a power surge at our house because of a neutral wire that randomly came apart at the telephone pole. I called Mr. Sparky, and Dylan came out and looked at everything. He was very knowledgeable, despite only having three years of experience. I was very impressed with his professionalism, detailed Home evaluation, and he gave us recommendations on what we can do to make our home safer and more capable of handling our power supply needs. I would recommend Dylan to anybody who wants a professional to handle any electrical needs.
Dylan Prothman & William Benoit-Kapuku were prompt & knowledgeable. The duo worked well together & performed the work in a timely fashion. Additionally, the pair provided excellent customer service, cleaned up the work-site & gave information about a warranty on the work. I am pleased with the overall experience & installation.
Woman's POV: I had a great experience with Mister Sparky and Rod in particular. I called (I cannot remember the name of the woman) and she was so helpful in listing out my multiple issues and getting me scheduled right away. As for my technician Rod, I cannot say enough about him. I had such a positive experience. He communicated when he was coming and he arrived ON TIME. Arriving on my doorstep he was incredibly respectful and kind. As I walked him through my issues, he never minimized me, mansplained, or made me feel stupid because I have no clue about electrical issues. He walked me through the process, frequently checking with me about things he was finding. What issues he did find that needed to be resolved, he got my approval and told me the price upfront so I could make a decision. He gave me alternate options as well. As a woman with a male entering her home, I felt very safe with him. I did not feel like he was taking advantage of me. I would definitely use this company again and specifically ask for this technician again. I'm very pleased with this whole experience. And honestly, the safety/feeling comfortable piece is what was priceless to me.
Very happy with the work Dylan did. Had an issue with my smoke detectors and he came and diagnosed that they needed to be replaced. The price to change out all if them was pretty fair and he switched them out pretty quickly. Very personable and professional. Thank you very much!
Generator installation was done in a very timely and professional manner. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and every aspect of this install exceeded my expectations. I was kept up to date with every step and clean up each day left site as if it had not been touched. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky for all of your electrical needs!
