We appreciated the communication from the company as a whole: they initially only had an appointment in a week and a half, but we received calls twice as the schedule opened which allowed us to be seen within 3 days. They were also very communicative on the day our technician was scheduled, and gave us regular updates about his arrival time. Our technician (Lawrence) was great. His years of experience were obvious and he has an easy-going personality. Yes, the diagnostic fee and services can be on the higher side, but you get what you pay for....especially when dealing with electricity.

Mr Lawrence Kirksey is very professional he quickly diagnosed the problem "water damage corrosion and a damaged main breaker". Lawrence replaced the faulty components and with minimal downtime. He coordinated with Georgia Power to make the work site safe as he skillfully made the repairs he kept me informed of the work progress.
