Lawrence completed some work for us today and I must say he did a good job. Throughout our encounter he educated me as well as provided safety tips along the way. I was impressed from the start of the visit until it's completion. Great customer service skills which is extremely difficult to find these days. Thanks Lawrence.

My technicians arrived the same day at the scheduled time and did an outstanding job. I explained my concerns and Lawrence listened. He troubleshot my issue, explained the problem, gave me a very reasonable price, and quickly fixed everything. I was impressed with his skill and also his professionalism. We appreciated the communication from the company as a whole: they initially only had an appointment in a week and a half, but we received calls twice as the schedule opened which allowed us to be seen within 3 days. They were also very communicative on the day our technician was scheduled, and gave us regular updates about his arrival time. Our technician (Lawrence) was great. His years of experience were obvious and he has an easy-going personality. Yes, the diagnostic fee and services can be on the higher side, but you get what you pay for....especially when dealing with electricity.

Stuart and Rod were exceptional! They were professional, courteous, reasonable with time and expectations, and considerate of my family and our possessions!
