Sparks Fly Between Us and Our Customers
Monday night one of our can lights in the kitchen came loose from the ceiling. The first service we contacted gave us an appointment for the following Thursday and the contacted us the next day to tell us they no longer serve Wilmington. Wednesday, my wife chugged around Google looking for a replacement and came away with Mister Sparky. They sent an electrician, John Williams, out the next day and he was able to replace the light in a few minutes; however, the new light was so bright, we decided to replace the other two lights, as well. We liked his work so much that we had him replace a defective dimmer switch in the next room.
Punctual, courteous, went above and beyond the job he was there to do. Price was on point. We will be using Ethan again!!
Excellent service. Thomas is very professional and thorough. He explained everything that was to be done to upgrade our panel. I felt pricing was very fair for the electrical work done. Highly recommend Mr. Sparky, and we will absolutely use their services again in the future.
Thomas showed up as promised and was very personable. He did a complimentary home inspection, explained the things he saw, and provided an honest estimate for the work I originally called him to do. He was very professional throughout the process, explained the steps he took and cleaned up afterward leaving the work area cleaner than when he arrived. Called in the morning to have a smoke detector replace and GFI switch replaced. Setup appointment same day and within a few hours Thomas Martin arrived. Thomas was very thorough and explained everything clearly along with checking my electrical system. Service was fantastic and quick. Definitely would recommend and use them again.
