He addressed some issues that I thought we could do ourselves, and gave advice based on his experience. I’m thankful that he did. We invested in him doing that work. He Then explained preventative measures he could do to keep our appliances and heat pumps safer. We have significant power surges here, so I really appreciate the advice, and invested in them.
