We contacted Mr. Sparky when we needed a fuse replaced in our fuse box, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Josh was our electrician, and he arrived right on time. He was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to clearly explain the repairs that were needed. We were so impressed with his work and professionalism that we went ahead and scheduled another appointment to have a generator plug installed. Big thanks to Josh and the entire Mr. Sparky team for great service—we highly recommend them!
I first contacted Mister Sparky for a buzzing sound that was coming from the main panel. Joshua arrived on time and checked everything thoroughly. He explained the issue and talked me through possible solutions. He was knowledgeable and polite. On the day of my repair he returned to walk me through and explain the details of what would be happening and to introduce the electricians that would be doing the work. Peyton and Kiean did a great job. I had a great experience start to finish with this company. Highly recommend!!
Did an amazing job explaining every thing and showing me how the job was going to be done very respectful and nice! Definitely the best electrical services I have recieved! Thankful for them getting out power fixed and things worked out for our family. Very kind staff and great people and company
We were extremely impressed with the knowledge & professionalism of the technicians that did our upgrades! Demarae, Jared, & Jacob all worked diligently until the job was done. They answered our questions & were very honest about our options regarding pricing. Also want to give recognition to the office personal (on call 24/7) who also kept in contact with me every step of the way. I was notified via text with a picture & an estimated time frame of when to expect the tech to arrive. They also answer on the 1st ring! We will definitely use Mister Sparky again & highly recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done. They are insured & bonded which also gives you peace of mind that they stand behind their work.
I was so pleased with Joshua, He was very respectful, He even put booties on over his shoes. I was pleased that he did so. He explained everything to me in great detail. Unfortunately my home needs a lot of electrical work done and I appreciate the fact that Mister Sparky and the crew is going to do all my repairs. I think that the price I was quoted was a fantastic price. I have no doubt that the work will be done right. I appreciate that! 5 stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
