I am incredibly impressed by Mr. Sparky and Mitchell the technician that came out. I called because a light switch wasn’t working, and they told me they could have somebody out within the next two hours of my phone call if I was available. They informed me that it’s a free estimate a free inspection and then I’ll have the ability to choose if I want the work done right away done later or if I wanna think about it. When Mitchell came out, he was timely. He was friendly. He was courteous, he was patient, and he explained everything as he was doing it as he was looking into the problem. I continued to watch him as he did the inspection of my panel and some other electrical around my house. He was able to quickly identify the problem and the remedy to fix it, he gave me a couple of quotes on different ways to improve the electrical effectiveness and safety of my home, which I really loved the pricing packages. They also warranty their work. Anyways, I appreciate Mr. Sparky and Mitchell for coming out right away and helping my lights turned back on, And also helping me make a plan for improving all things electrical in my house.
Mitchell Harrison was the best! He put in a new panel inside and outside the house, installed a surge protector, and fixed all of our electrical problems we were having. We will definitely be calling him if we need anything else.
Excellent customer service and quick response to my questions. During an inspection some items were found that hadn't been completed during their initial rewiring of my house about a year ago. It was possibly a verbal misunderstanding at the time, but the owners said they would honor what I had thought I was getting and finished the work for me with no extra charge. It is rare nowadays to find companies who will really put their customers first. They were also quick to come out when I had a few other needs this last year, so I highly recommend them.

Alex, Daniel, & Stephen did a few breaker box code updates. Added exterior emergency breaker, wired in a spa with safety junction box, installed A/C surge protector, and helped me separate my entryway lights to 3 gang instead of two gang switches. I’ve been contacting companies since June and no one ever responded back. Called Mister Sparky and not only was I scheduled for the next day, but they completed ALL tasks same day!!!! Honestly who does that, AMAZING job Mister Sparky! Definitely got a lifetime customer.
