Jason came over for an estimate to move a Tesla wall charger. Same day he removed the Tesla charger from our old house and had it installed in the new one. Jason was extremely professional, polite, and wonderful to deal with! Will definitely call again for any future electrical work we need!
We were very pleased with Daniel's professionalism and knowledge of the job that needed to be done and the patience he had to conduct a thorough investigation and meg test. He was here all day and his fellow co-worker, Jonathan, who also was professional and knowledgeable, joined him later that day to help prepare for and complete the meg test. The extent of the work that has to be done is unbelievable. They will have to replace all electrical outlets and switches and pull drywall to replace a lot of the wiring in our house. Unfortunately, they won't be able to come back to begin the job until next Monday and then it will take up to 3 days to complete it, which means we will have been completely without power for a total of 9 to 10 days.
I was pleased with how the job looked and the inspection went. I would recommend you all for the job. I have a real problem with the fact that the technician was able to complete the job without having to wait to get in the shop and still charged the same amount, it would Sean like that a change to the amount would be in order. I think the technician was smart to do what he did, but still a change to the amount was in order. I would recommend you all but make sure that anyone else would know what I experience. Thank you
