Uday and his team did a great job on our project. First of all, I'm a pretty fearless DIY guy. I do a lot of my own work and I have friends in the trades, so I don't call professionals very often. I spoke with the owner Uday and his wife Jayshree. Their kindness and professionalism on the phone is rare today. The technician arrived on time. They did the work right the first time. The price I paid was exactly what they quoted. The tech inspired confidence. I thought it was going to be a much deeper and more expensive issue. The tech heard my concerns and told me right away that he didn't think it was as bad as I thought it was. 10/10 I will use them again.

Had my service mast replaced due to a tree falling on the line and bending the original mast, had a free quote with David J. The pricing he was able to provide was better than the rest of the other companies I’d had quoted; with no pressure from my side of things he then made a phone call to then be able to get the project done NEXT DAY! This was an incredible turn around on timing and the finished work from Richard T. was amazing too. I didn’t even have to be home for the project. Power was turned off while I was working and was turned back on before I got home. A++
Both Rich and Dave were excellent. Rich went above and beyond to help me since I was locked out of my house. Thanks to him I got a locksmith who showed up which then made it possible for Dave to come back and assist me later in the day. I appreciate their patience and kindness. Dave explained things in a way I could understand without being condescending. I felt respected. I will be doing more business with them in the future and highly recommend them.
