We had a great experience with Mister Sparky. They came out to our 1940s home and performed an incredibly thorough electrical safety inspection that lasted nearly 3 hours. The technicians were professional, patient, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Because our home is older, there are quite a few outdated electrical components, but they took the time to explain every major concern in simple, easy-to-understand terms without making us feel overwhelmed. They also provided multiple options for repairs and upgrades that were clearly laid out and easy to compare. What really stood out was how detailed they were — they took tons of pictures and walked us through everything they found so we could actually see the issues for ourselves.
