I called with an electrical issue, and instead of trying to sell me a service call, Ed and his team patiently walked me through the problem over the phone and helped me resolve the issue in a few minutes. They were knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly kind. It's refreshing to find a company that genuinely wants to help and values its customers' time. Jack and Brandon are definitely going to be our go-to electricians! They came to our home, were very knowledgeable, friendly and polite! They didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. They put in a new breaker box and did everything in a timely manner and also cleaned up after themselves. The information they provided about what they did and what still should be done was great. We will always request that they handle all of our electrical needs in our home! They are passionate about what they do and they truly care that the work is done right and their clients are safe!
