Dom did an excellent job managing my requests, explaining each request and what it would require to complete. He was respectful of our home and did a complete safety inspection of our electrical. His ability to quote, execute and bill for completed projects was extremely efficient. Our latest experience with Mister Sparky was extensive adding a 20 amp circuit to our second floor home office. This was a big job but Dom and Terry a great comic team, professionally added within the existing conduit to cleanly bring power to our second floor home office. If there are ten stars , I will give 10. We called on the Sunday morning for an emergency issue, and I thought it would took at least half day . But Charles came to our home in less than 2 hours, and helped us identify the problem. Actually for the problem we have only very experienced and knowledgeable electrician can identify it that quickly. He helped us quickly solve the problem, and he took more time checking things up to make sure everything else works fine too. He also gave us a lot of useful advice about the maintenance. He really cares about his customers. Charles is so nice and very easy to work with. I highly recommend him and Mister Sparky.
