I had an excellent experience with Mr. Sparky and wanted to recognize both Jacob and Jason for their professionalism and expertise. Jacob was punctual, took the time to answer all of my questions, and quickly diagnosed the electrical issue I was experiencing. He thoroughly explained his findings and provided a detailed estimate before leaving, which I greatly appreciated. After a potential fire hazard was identified, I contacted the office again, and the service team responded with impressive urgency by dispatching another technician. Jason arrived promptly and was extremely transparent about the scope of work, requirements, and recommendations. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood both the immediate concerns and the long-term solutions. It's refreshing to work with professionals who prioritize safety, communication, and customer service. The entire Mr. Sparky team demonstrated a strong commitment to addressing the issue quickly and correctly. Both Jason and Jacob initially came to my house to give me an estimate for the electrical work I needed. They were both very professional and pleasant. To do the work Jacob came and got everything done in less than an hour. Jacob was amazing. Mister Sparky has two outstanding electricians and I would definitely recommend Mister Sparky to anyone.
Jason was exceptional! Expertly installed a GM electric vehicle charger in our garage. Very friendly and clearly very experienced. He obviously takes pride in his work and it shows. Everything was cleanly routed and looked like a work of art! If you are having any electrical work done in your house, go through Mr. Sparky and ask for Jason. You want this guy doing the work! Highly recommend!
Jason took a lot of time to explain the work needed and why. He was kind and informative. I will be super comfortable when they comeback to do the work. Jason and Jacob returned to do the work, spending 2 days to make sure my electrical system was up to code upgraded in service, install My EV charger, move my panel and more. They were conscientious, neat and explained what they did as they worked. I highly recommend Mr. sparky!!
