The entire experience was great. I was not sure if they would come to Portage County but they were willing to do the job. I was kept informed about who and when they would be here. Jacob arrive right on time. Jacob was efficient and respectful of our home by putting "booties" on before he entered and cleaned up after himself. He explained and showed us how our new smoke alarms work, how to change the batteries and how to watch the green lights to know when to change the batteries. He worked quickly and efficiently to replaced 5 smoke alarms. The price was reasonable considering the distance they had to come. I would use Mister Sparky again and would be very happy if they sent Jacob again.
Jason is an amazing electrician! He is very knowledgeable, skilled, upfront, detailed, hard working electrician. He did a fantastic job with installing new WiFi system in the house, new electrical outlets, etc. I will always ask for him whenever there needs more electrical work to be done in the house. Jason took a lot of time to explain the work needed and why. He was kind and informative. I will be super comfortable when they comeback to do the work. Jason and Jacob returned to do the work, spending 2 days to make sure my electrical system was up to code upgraded in service, install My EV charger, move my panel and more. They were conscientious, neat and explained what they did as they worked. I highly recommend Mr. sparky!!
