Last night, our electrical outlet caught fire, prompting the owner of the business to reach out via FaceTime. They promptly ensured that all relevant circuit breakers were de-energized to ensure our safety. The following morning, they arrived to rectify the issue. The entire house inspection provided us with an honest assessment of the necessary repairs, including the wiring. The electrician was exceptionally knowledgeable and trustworthy, making this an exceptional experience.
When I called, the owner answered immediately and had a technician on the way right out. Mr. Bolton arrived exactly when he said he would. He was extremely professional, polite, and patient. My 3-year-old autistic son followed him around the entire time, and Mr. Bolton went out of his way to talk with him, explain what he was doing, and reassure him that he was working to get the power restored so he could watch his shows again. Mr. Bolton even helped us contact Dominion and made sure they fully understood the issue (the problem was with the line from the grid, not something Mr. Sparky could repair). Despite that, he stayed on-site until Dominion arrived so he could personally explain everything he found. ***12/10*** I would absolutely recommend this company and will use them again. Customer service and compassion like this are rare these days, and I’m truly grateful for the experience.
