Todd and Nick showed up to our house we had some outlets that weren’t getting power and they were amazing, they explained everything to us and even showed us what was wrong, got everything back up and running in no time and they were really nice people, they were even playing with our dogs. Cool people, great service, and the price was very reasonable as well. ALSO they covered their shoes when they came in too which was GREAT because i had just cleaned the house
Nick and Todd came over to assess the issue with the burning smell that was coming from my electrical panel. They came over quickly too and I appreciated that. Once they came they were pretty quick to find that one of my breakers was the culprit. They replaced that breaker along with another breaker that had been affected adjacent to the first one. They did always explain what they found and what they were doing to correct the issue. The smell is still lingering but I’m sure this smell will dissipate over time due to their fix. Thank you again for your quick response!
Last night, our electrical outlet caught fire, prompting the owner of the business to reach out via FaceTime. They promptly ensured that all relevant circuit breakers were de-energized to ensure our safety. The following morning, they arrived to rectify the issue. The entire house inspection provided us with an honest assessment of the necessary repairs, including the wiring. The electrician was exceptionally knowledgeable and trustworthy, making this an exceptional experience.
The Mister Sparky team was an amazing crew to work with. I had been wanting to install some new circuit boards for my studio and had them recommended to me and I’m thankful they’re who I went with. The amount of communication and feedback I’ve received has been top tier and the work they did was clean and effortless. 10/10 would recommend.
Jim was on time, friendly and excellent with meeting my needs for outdoor lighting as well as security cameras and doorbell. I will be calling Mr. Sparky for any additional installation or repairs. So happy Nick was able ti answer all my questions and set me up promptly, no waiting for weeks and very professional in answering my questions before I decided to hire them.
