I placed a call to Mister Sparky around 6:30pm as a result of loss of power to half of our home and within an hour or so Tyson arrived to our home ready to work! Tyson was able to pinpoint the culprit and successfully resolve the issue in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you so much Tyson! Special shout out to Nick. Lost power in a portion of my home. Checked fuse box and didn’t see much wrong. Called Mr. Sparky (after 7:00 PM) and spoke to Nick who made a suggestion. Power was restored! Not only did he stay on the phone while I followed his instructions but also educated me on why I probably lost power in the first place.
