Sparks Fly Between Us and Our Customers
I had Mister Sparky come out to install a new circuit for my hot tub, and they did an awesome job. Jim, The electrician, showed up right on time, was super friendly and explained everything before getting started. The work was done quickly and looks really clean and professional. My hot tub is working perfectly now, and I feel great knowing it was done safely and up to code. Definitely recommend Mister Sparky, they made the whole process easy and stress-free!
When I called, the owner answered immediately and had a technician on the way right out. Mr. Bolton arrived exactly when he said he would. He was extremely professional, polite, and patient. My 3-year-old autistic son followed him around the entire time, and Mr. Bolton went out of his way to talk with him, explain what he was doing, and reassure him that he was working to get the power restored so he could watch his shows again. Mr. Bolton even helped us contact Dominion and made sure they fully understood the issue (the problem was with the line from the grid, not something Mr. Sparky could repair). Despite that, he stayed on-site until Dominion arrived so he could personally explain everything he found. ***12/10*** I would absolutely recommend this company and will use them again. Customer service and compassion like this are rare these days, and I’m truly grateful for the experience.
The Mister Sparky team was an amazing crew to work with. I had been wanting to install some new circuit boards for my studio and had them recommended to me and I’m thankful they’re who I went with. Jim was on time, friendly and excellent with meeting my needs for outdoor lighting as well as security cameras and doorbell. I will be calling Mr. Sparky for any additional installation or repairs. Called Mister Sparky for a quote to get two dedicated 20amp circuit installed in garage. Rob Walters was the technician, showed up early and called ahead to give me the quote. Price was extremely reasonable and he came to install the very next day (a Saturday). Install was clean. If you need electrical work, recommend calling this company and asking for the tech Rob Walters. Exceptional work!
