Yes my name is Ernest Hill , just wanted to give a good shout out to Paul and Mr Sparky , I had an issue that I thought was the breaker in my panel but thanks to Mr Paul it was just an issue that I could easily fix and instead of Mr Paul just trying to sell me on a pricey fix he gave me options which didn’t cost, it is refreshing to have a business that cares about its customers and not trying to see how much money they can get out of the customer. Mr Paul also addressed a couple of other concerns I had and helped set my mind at ease. Thank you Paul and Mr Sparky you guys are the best and I don’t want to forget about the nice lady in the office thank you too

We just moved to Tyler and purchased an older home in the Azalea District. With that comes a few problems here and there as was this case. I had 2 outdoor circuits that showed intermittent power but wouldn't stay hot. Ashton was dispatched and arrived quickly, he immediately performed a detailed inspection of the main panel and then began troubleshooting the lines in the very hot attic. Both circuits were around the vaulted ceiling and not easy to access. After about 30 min, both circuits were found and the problems identified and repaired. Ashton was very professional and courteous, he took the time to explain every procedure. From start to finish, arrival, fee discussion and agreement, to completion it was a flawless experience. I have already encountered several big name electrical contractors in the area that have been problematic. I have had issues with pricing. I’ve signed bids for work to be done with contractors then they no call - no show to perform the work. The prices in Tyler seem to be extremely high compared to surrounding areas (25%+) but this experience was probably the most normal experience that I’ve had thus far. I would definitely recommend and would definitely call again.

I called for a bid on some electrical work on a Friday morning and within a few hours someone was there to give me an estimate. I decided to go ahead and have the work done and they showed up by 10 am on Monday morning. They were extremely quick and super helpful!! I feel like we got a decent price too. Everyone I met was really nice, customer service was 10/10! Would highly recommend!

This morning, my dryer wouldn’t power up. I went through some basic diagnostics on my own and had discovered that my 240 outlet was not providing any power. It was at that moment I realized I needed professional help. I called Mister Sparky at about 9AM today, and spoke with Brianna, who was fantastic. She had said they could have a service tech out in a few hours no problem. Enter Mr. Wade. Wade was amazing, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He immediately confirmed my initial complaint and was able to determine the cause of my loss of power. He had shown me the issue, gave me an on the spot quote (very reasonable price), and after I approved repair he got right to it. I was highly impressed with Mister Sparky and their staff, and would absolutely recommend them for any minor or major electrical issues or projects. Thanks so much Mister Sparky!!

I was so lucky to have chosen Mr.Sparky. I immediately got a schedule. Electrician Chandler was dispatched to the call and explained to me the scope of their job upgrading my electrical circuits. He sent his assistant electrician Ashton and Wade who were equally knowledgeable . After the job, Chandler checked everything and made sure job was done according to the plan. They were so passionate in their job, and did it perfectly. I was so happy to the outcome of my upgrade. Thanks to the 3 of you. More power to Mr. Sparky. That’s what they did upgrading my panel. It was so neatly done.
