We had a great experience with this company. They came out the next day after being contacted about a lighting job. They gave an immediate estimate to the penny, fully explained the work being performed and the materials being used. They came in under several other bids even with some additional features we tacked on. They were even able to do the job the same day. Workers were courteous and efficient and took care to respect and clean the work areas after they were done. I would highly recommend this company and will be using for any future electrical needs.
Wade installed 5 new smoke alarms today, replacing our old ones. He also installed whole home surge protection unit. Super professional, friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions (there were many). I will definitely call Mister Sparky for any additional electrical work in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating
My experience with Mr. Sparky was excellent as usual. Chandler Adams, the service technician was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He completed the job successfully. I was very pleased with my experience and service today.
Sy did an excellent job with our fan repair attempt. He was thorough but quick, well-mannered, and kind. It turned out that the motor was going out and we needed a new motor or complete fan, which would have to be purchased from somewhere else. I do think their diagnostic fee is a bit pricey (over $350 for less than an hour only to tell me they can’t fix it) which is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, I would recommend Sy and Mister Sparky to anyone who needs electrical work.
Needed my generator serviced for warranty. Mr Sparky came out and provided excellent service, fully quoted my cost in advance, and explained the maintenance to us. They were running behind, and took the time to keep us updated with their eta. Ended up working till 9 pm to get everything completed. I appreciated their communications, and willingness to finish it so late. Especially appreciated the time they took to inform us on generator operations. Thanks guys!
