Wade and his team were very professional and did a great job upgrading the electrical system of our home. Wade explained everything in detail and always kept us up to date throughout the process. There was a small issue following the work on the next day, and Wade even came out on a Saturday and made sure that we were good to go. Very impressed with the results and we will be using Mister Sparky for all of our electrical needs going forward!

Yes my name is Ernest Hill , just wanted to give a good shout out to Paul and Mr Sparky , I had an issue that I thought was the breaker in my panel but thanks to Mr Paul it was just an issue that I could easily fix and instead of Mr Paul just trying to sell me on a pricey fix he gave me options which didn’t cost, it is refreshing to have a business that cares about its customers and not trying to see how much money they can get out of the customer. Mr Paul also addressed a couple of other concerns I had and helped set my mind at ease. We had a fantastic experience! From start to finish, they were incredibly prompt and professional. They provided a same-day quote and were able to schedule service for the same week! The technicians were courteous, explained everything clearly, and there were transparent with pricing. What really impressed me was their follow-through: when a small issue popped up shortly after the job was done, they came back quickly to fix it without hesitation.

I called for a bid on some electrical work on a Friday morning and within a few hours someone was there to give me an estimate. I decided to go ahead and have the work done and they showed up by 10 am on Monday morning. They were extremely quick and super helpful!! I feel like we got a decent price too. Everyone I met was really nice, customer service was 10/10! Would highly recommend!
