Took a chance and called. They were able to send out an electrician about an hour later. Charles Taylor texted prior to showing up. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly! Charles took the time to explain the options for the work that needed to be done and began working immediately. It took a few hours from start to finish and he made it a point to update us throughout the entire process. Such a pleasure meeting him! I highly recommend you give this company a try!
Billy was absolutely fantastic. He showed up with a friendly attitude, took the time to walk through every concern we had, and made sure all of our electrical issues were thoroughly addressed. He explained everything clearly, didn’t rush the process, and made us feel confident that our home was safe and everything was done the right way. We truly appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our home. Highly recommend Billy and the entire Mister Sparky team!
All I can say is call them for your electrical needs, you will not be disappointed. Chad provided excellent customer service. He fixed some issues as well as added recessed lighting in our kitchen and living room. I could not be more happy with how everything turned out, the new lighting books absolutely beautiful. He is professional, extremely personable, and knowledgeable. He exceeded our expectations.
Mister Sparky was recommended to me by a coworker and I was more than happy with this company. Scheduling was super convenient by doing it online. Charles arrived right on time and went above and beyond to help us out with our issues. He was very personable, kind and straight forward. He was able to answer all of our questions and gave us honest answers. We will be using them for other issues as well. Highly recommend this awesome company.
Chad provided excellent and prompt service. He was available first thing in the morning and replaced an issue that caused power loss in one of the rooms on our home and replaced switches and outlets so fast. He was in and out in 20 min, and was so professional and personable throughout the encounter. Bonus - he wore shoe covers, which I appreciated so much!
