Hello! He was so prompt to my request to assess the building! I knew something was off with the electricity based on my emf & biofield assessment and the research pointed to faulty grounding or flow of some sort. The history of electrical equipment failing multiple times also serves as a red flag. I am so grateful that he specialist came and validated that hypothesis. He was super fast at getting us the estimate for what he recommends moving forward. I was actually hoping that I could also get a written explanation of what he discovered in a short break down so I can better track what was tested and found. I appreciate that he took the time to tell me how he found that the wiring was some how bringing the electricity back into the panel but I can't remember the details. We were at Disney World at the time of the update and I was quite distracted as you might imagine! Ha ha I received the estimate but I would also love a description of the issue to better understand what was found and what could remedy it. Im interested in how it works. Chad paid a visit for consultation and estimate, the day I called. Right after that visit, they set the date for the actual repair, for two days later. Arrived promptly, worked quickly and precisely. This is an old house with old wiring, and my problem was assessed, repaired and back in working order in under an hour. Highly recommend Chad specifically, and Mr Sparky in general. I’ll use them again.

Billy gave me a very reasonable estimate and is coming out the following week to do my project. He was neat, courteous and friendly. He even put on shoe covers when he came in my house He completed my fan installation projects neatly and in a timely manner. .
