I had a really good experience working with Richard Cummings, Jr., an electrician from Mister Sparky. He arrived early, was professional and personable, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He clearly walked me through the pricing, the recommended repairs, and which items were higher priority versus things that could wait, which I appreciated. Richard wasn’t pushy at all, answered my questions patiently, and made me feel comfortable and safe having the work done in my home. He completed the job efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and made sure everything was in good working order before leaving. Overall, the experience felt transparent and respectful, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained from start to finish.

Ant and Mark did an excellent job servicing my home today. They came out to give an estimate on my issue with no power to my water heater. They found that the water heater breaker was tripping and not resetting. I provided the breaker and they replaced that for me but they noticed in the laundry room was missing a bushing and the grounding wasn’t up to par along with a loose box. They did a great job of letting me know the issues and provided options for me. I will be recommending to family and friends the great work they completed for me. I now have hot water ; and now a happy customer!

He made repair recommendations and payment options available for us to consider. I appreciate that he took the time to explain everything fully. At this time we our visit was a general assessment. Had a great experience with Mr. Sparky of San Antonio. I called yesterday and everything was fixed today, which I really appreciated. Frank was the technician and he was prompt, professional, and very communicative as the work progressed. I needed a motion sensor switch fixed after I’d tripped the breaker trying to install it myself, along with a GFCI outlet replacement and an outdoor spotlight swap. Frank explained what went wrong, worked efficiently, and had everything completed quickly. The work looks clean, everything was tested, and everything was working perfectly when he left. Overall, a smooth, stress-free service call. I’m very happy with the work and would definitely use them again.

Couldn't be happier with the job Mr Sparky and their electrician Alan did for us. Replacing bulbs in a ceiling fixture on the ceiling and the entire fixture came down. Had a hole and no light. Alan was done for the day and took the call to come to our rescue. He was courteous and reassuring and professional. FIVE STARS all the way.
