Bobby and Austin what a great team! Bobby came out for a bathroom fan (pic 1) replacement and went over a few things I’ve been meaning to have taken care of for 20+ years…Bobby gave me an excellent overall condition of my electrical and great quote. Austin came in later and started the job, with Bobby close by. They ended up staying a bit later than I thought they would for a Saturday but got all the small things done. Next week it’s a panel update! Yea! Will keep Mister Sparky with Bobby and Austin at the top of my list. Adding needed c02 and smoke detectors, home surge protection and in a week going to get needed light updates. Complete with cleaning up after the bits of wire strips and small pieces of dry wall. Bobby, Austin and Lonnie were amazing! We had a scare in our home due to old wiring that was smoldering and caused damage. Bobby came in and thoroughly assessed the entire situation and was able to take care of it to restore our power quickly. Blake and Austin were amazing! From the moment we met Blake when he came to give us the quote, to the time Austin finally got to leave at 8:45 pm waiting for the power company, we were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Blake was very detailed and knowledgeable about the bid, the company, and all the details. He was also super friendly. Austin was a trooper being here for 12 hours without a break and so friendly, kind, and thorough. We gladly give these guys and your company a five star rating. We will be sure to recommend them to anyone we know that needs electrical work. The power company on the other hand…was a bit disappointing. Austin called them at 3 PM to let them know they were ready to have the power turned on and they didn’t get here until 8:30, and that was after my husband had to call them and found out there wasn’t even a work order in the system. Bobby came out to diagnose some outlets that randomly stopped working. He was on time, friendly, and very professional. He did a great job finding the issue and explaining all of my options regarding some other random electrical things in my house. The repairs went smoothly and the prices seemed fair. I’ll definitely use Mister Sparky again.
Bobby spent so much time showing us several options for outdoor lighting. He was so patient as we worked through various scenarios and changed our mind several times. Bobby and Austin installed all of our outdoor lights quickly and perfectly. They happily made adjustments as needed and went above and beyond to make sure we loved the outcome.
